I first met Leah in a group setting outside of her coaching work. I was intrigued by the calm, centered, courageous way she presented herself. I was honestly feeling a bit nervous going into a DEEP DIVE with Leah today. After a few minutes , we settled into a fluid, continuous and expansive flow. I attended a free virtual leadership workshop hosted by Leah in May, 2020. There was a lot of uncertainty in the world at this time, with coronavirus and civil unrest. Initially, I was seeking a coach to help my mom because she was an entrepreneur, who for the first time in her life, had no work.

After attending another workshop and taking advantage of Leah’s free one-on-one session, I decided that the coaching would be better served for myself, also an entrepreneur. It has been the best decision I’ve made for myself in a very long time.

Before coaching, I was 100% a people pleaser. This attitude was holding me back from reaching my true potential. Through coaching I have been able to clear the path of what others expect from me and am now answering the call to my own expectations. The work I do, the work that Leah helps me see needs to be done, is not easy. It takes a conscientious effort every day to practice the techniques learned in coaching.
